Thanks to a number of possibilities offered by water jet cutting with SmartJet2040, the process of cutting is easy, quick and, above all, safe. SmartJet is 100% suitable for the processing of metal, glass and materials with thickness of up to 66MM. It also works well in case of cutting large sheets of materials. SmartJet is equipped with a pump with a power of 40HP.
We carry out maintenance works in the production plants. We are able to assist in the product production process ? from servicing of warehouses and loading ramps to modernization of the whole packaging lines.
We have broad experience in relocating the production lines in different continents. We understand the time pressure of downtimes and we treat every order in an individual manner.
We specialize in the construction of acid-resistant, steel and plastic pipelines for aggressive liquids. We build steel, aluminum and acid-resistant structures. We have broad experience in handling all types of acid-resistant steel, in particular AISI301, AISI304, AISI304L, AISI316, AISI316L, AISI316Ti. We have appropriate equipment and sufficient experience to independently mount polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and PVC installation systems.
We produce and mount tanks and mixers in difficult-to-access areas, platforms, internal and external technological platforms. If required by the client, we actively participate in every stage of the production process: design, production and adaptation of the structure to the production environment.
A wide range of our activities includes the implementation of transmission pipelines and technological installation systems intended for sending liquids or gases. The pipeline installation systems may be mounted inside process buildings or as external pipelines, for example, on platforms. We also have appropriate equipment and sufficient experience to independently mount polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and PVC installation systems.
The bending services are rendered using CNC brake presses designed for bending sheet metals. The processed object is bent by shear force moving downwards. The shear force is of 1700 kN. It allows to process elements 15mm thick.
The company was founded in 2005. Since then we have been doing business nationwide and our portfolio covers a wide scope of activities in Europe and outside of Europe.
We have qualified team of welders, pressure welders and fitters. We build steel structures in compliance with EN 1090 and EN ISO 3834-3 norms, as confirmed by TUV Rheinland. We keep expanding our machinery park by adding modern and precise devices, thanks to which we enjoy the position of an independent company, with great ranking and availability.
Professional hydraulic shear designed for straight cutting of elements of the metal sheet with a width of 3100mm wide and thickness of up to 10mm made of stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and other materials.
The closed orbital head allows to automatically weld pipes, joints, connectors with diameters from fi25mm to fi115mm, using a TIG method. Orbital welding requires appropriate preparation of materials. Therefore, the cutting of elements before welding must be exactly perpendicularly to the axis. For that purpose we use an orbital cutting machine for cutting pipes with diameters from fi5mm to fi121mm.
Using different welding methods enables us to handle many complex works simultaneously. We weld aluminum, stainless steel and acid-resistant steel, mild steel and plastics.
We have a portable plasma cutting machine. The technology allows to cut conductive metals, such as mild steel, stainless steel or aluminum with a thickness of up to 32mm, and to pierce elements with a thickness of up to 19mm.
The automatic system for cutting bars and pipes with diameters of up to fi250mm and shaped profiles size 320x130mm made of steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics. The cutting may be perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cut details and at any angle within the range of up to 60 degrees.
Thanks to the machine, we may accurately (i.e. 10 bends per minute) bend elements with a thickness of 0,5~6mm in case of mild steel and 0,5~3mm in case of stainless steel. The pressure system and the tool allow to create various shapes.
We also have a three roll rolling machine for metal sheets of max. working width 1300mm and max. thickness 4.5mm, which is used to roll metal sheeting and to coil pipes and cones.
