Their physical properties are especially appreciated by the building industry ? they conduct heat and electricity well, have special shimmer, high density and plasticity and are resistant to corrosion. In today’s architecture, metal is quite often used as a finishing element ? on building’s external elevation or around buildings as balustrades, stairs or even suspended ceilings.
Metal is a raw material widely used and finding many technical applications. It is also a building material in the form of steel, aluminum, copper, zinc, etc. Due to its diversity, in case of processing, the most advantageous method is cutting with a jet of water, i.e. Water Jet. The method, in comparison with plasma cutting of metal, guarantees better precision without the risk of any deformations or changes in the cut product.
