Exchange of the acid-resistant components of the industrial filler for titanium components
Steel and titanium ? modernization of the filler
The modernization project of the filler for chemical substances aimed at increasing its chemical resistance and adapt it to new sanitary requirements.
Each internal element of the filler made of stainless steel was replaced with a titanium element, which included many non-commercial parts.
Such parts were prefabricated in our plant, adapted to the existing framework of the filler and tested.
To perform this task, it was necessary to pay special attention to details and, as usual, to ensure great time flexibility for the purpose of adapting the modernization process to the planned production.
