3. Work with us
We employ workers on the basis of employment contracts. The first contract is executed for a three-month’s probation period.
The headquarters and registered office of the company are located in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. In Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, we also carry out the majority of works connected with steel structures, water jet cutting and metal sheet bending. On the other hand, 40% of works are performed at the headquarter’s of the client. These include visits both in the nearby vicinity and in more remote areas of Poland. We also carry out the maintenance works in the plants of our clients.
The production employees, i.e. fitters or welders, work in a team of several people supervised by the Team Leader.
The employees hold life insurance policies at PZU, which means it is necessary to belong to the PZU club.

Fitter-steel structures - employment contract, full time
Position descriptionFitter – steel structures
Location: Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki
Area of project implementation: Masovian voivodeship
In connection with the development of the company, we are looking for employees for the position of the Fitter – steel structures. We need energetic, goal- and growth-oriented people.
We highly value knowledge and experience, but also competence of our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Observance of the requirements contained in the technological, OHS and fire protection guidelines as well as machine and device operating manuals
- Observance of the production technology, compliance of the employee’s duties with the reference documentation
- Supervision of machines and devices used in the production process
- Informing the superior about any defects and irregularities which occur in the production process
- Performance of installation works to prepare the structure elements for welding and cleaning of the structure after welding
- Installation of steel and aluminum structures
- Polishing, drilling, cutting and bending of steel elements, metal sheets and angle plates.
Candidate profile:
- at least half a year of experience in working with steel structures or pipelines
- team working skills
- ability to read technical drawings
- good work organization
- impeccable manner
- ability to adapt to dynamic work environment
Optional criteria:
- knowledge of another foreign language at a conversational level

Responsibilities:
- Welding of steel structures (TIG, MIG/MAG)
- Observance of the requirements contained in the technological, OHS and fire protection guidelines as well as machine and device operating manuals
- Close observance of the production technology, compliance of the employee's duties with the reference documentation (construction drawings, technical specifications)
- Informing the superior about any defects and irregularities which occur in the production process
- Compliance with welding technologies in accordance with PN-EN ISO 3834-3, EN ISO 9606-1 norms
- Performance of installation works to prepare the structure elements for welding and cleaning of the structure after welding
Candidate profile:
- valid welding qualifications
- at least one year of experience in working with steel structures or pipelines
